I spent seven years at one of the worlds most successful software company. Starting as a freelance web designer, then promoted to Technical Account Manager, and my final two years as the EMEA Pre Sales Creative Consultant.

Main duties including compiling the weekly images, SKUs and prices for the two customer emails that deployed to over 300,000 business customers. Secondary tasks include create engaging imagery based on the deals of the week. Often this meant designing new layouts that complimented the brand and the email/web templates
Web and Banner design. BAU. Produce banners and pages to support the Sales and CRM team, as well as creating new special pages for the eCom site.
As part of a small UI team, my role was to support the internal departments with their BAU requests, create sponsored pages on the eCom and mCom sites and rapidly fix any errors that have been identified.
My contract at Homebase was incredibly faced based, but also one of the highlights of my career. I worked with a bunch of incredibly creative people which in turn liberated my designs.
Hired as the only in house UI UX Expert to plan and design a multi million pound renovation of their under utilised commerce website.

UI Document
This company moved forward for over a year without creating any type of foundation, so there was plenty of miscommunication before my assignment. Once I identified the basic need for a formal brand documentation, I set about creating this UI document from scratch (although the company referred to it as a style guide)
Video Production
5 million views everyday, 6 out of 10 people prefer it to traditional TV. The impact of YouTube is unprecedented to commerce and marketing. Terry Lee has the tools, the knowledge and the expertise to visualise any idea.
Small Projects
Working for large multinational empires is great, but smaller projects, even for large companies, is tremendous fun as well as challenging in their own way.
